David was extremely knowledgeable as well as very detailed in this process of buying our forever home. He made us feel comfortable with our purchase decision.

After another company told me 2 hours prior to the inspection that they couldn’t do it. David was able to schedule me for practically the next day for a pre drywall wall inspection. He was on time , professional, knowledgeable, and offers in my opinion a reasonable price. He also sent the report quickly later the same day. I will definitely be contacting him for future inspections.
