Reviews About Home Inspections
Service In Ocala, FL

I am buying a new home and needed a 4 point inspection of the house. Although I had a few “hiccups” along the way, David Fowler was finally abIe to conduct the inspection on 8/6/25. I was very impressed with David He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional;, checking everything about the house. and keeping me informed during the inspection. He sent me his report by the end of the day. I would highly recommend David and his company to anyone who requires their services.

Very helpful and thorough wind mitigation inspection. We gained valuable recommendations! Will refer to others in need.

My wife and I are in the process of buying a new house. Before we close on the property we needed a home inspection. On May 29, 2025, David Fowler came to perform that service. I can honestly say that David was the epitome of professional and thoughtfulness. He truly took his time to investigate, document and photograph the entire property. Any issue he found, he brought it to my attention immediately and explained the proper intervention needed to correct the issue. After David performed his inspection and emailed us the report the next day, my wife and I not only felt like we had the utmost confidence in our choice to purchase our new forever home, but we also felt better equipped to bring our concerns to the seller to negotiate a better deal. Many thanks to David. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed with the quality of his service.

Very professional and knowledgeable . Did a walk through at the end that cleared up a lot of questions that I had
