After another company told me 2 hours prior to the inspection that they couldn’t do it. David was able to schedule me for practically the next day for a pre drywall wall inspection. He was on time , professional, knowledgeable, and offers in my opinion a reasonable price. He also sent the report quickly later the same day. I will definitely be contacting him for future inspections.

I am buying a new home and needed a 4 point inspection of the house. Although I had a few “hiccups” along the way, David Fowler was finally abIe to conduct the inspection on 8/6/25. I was very impressed with David He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional;, checking everything about the house. and keeping me informed during the inspection. He sent me his report by the end of the day. I would highly recommend David and his company to anyone who requires their services.
