1. Verified impact windows.
2. Impact system with wind load label garage door.
3. Hip shaped roof
4. Straps that hold your trusses to the top plate
5. Newer roof and better roofing materials.

Some of these requirements are already found in home built after 2015. Older homes will qualify if upgrades are made with verification.

Verification consists of permits, Miami Dade stickers in upper channels of the windows. Stamped glass on doors and sliders and some research.
